Talisman Energy USA is committed to conducting our business safely and in an ethically, socially and environmentally responsible manner. Our conduct is guided by our Policy on Business Conduct and Ethics and by our Values. Integrity Matters is a way for employees, vendors, independent contract workers or any other stakeholder to raise any serious grievances on any topic they may have about our company.
 
Concerns can be reported directly to someone at TEUSA or through the Integrity Matters hotline. Online reports or phone calls will be routed initially to EthicsPoint, an independent third-party host for Integrity Matters, who will guide individuals through the reporting process. 
 
Once your report is made, it will promptly be forwarded by EthicsPoint to TEUSA's Ethics Coordinator who will contact the appropriate personnel within the company to review the concern and determine the right course of action. At the end of your report, EthicsPoint will provide you with a Report Key and ask you to create a password. You will be asked to call back or return to the EthicsPoint website within 5 to 6 business days. At that time, you will be able to follow up on your report and/or check whether any additional information is required.
 
The EthicsPoint call centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can field calls in over 170 languages. All calls are toll-free and in countries where toll-free service is not available, collect charges will be accepted by EthicsPoint.

Please note that emergencies posing an immediate risk to the health and safety of individuals or to the environment should contact local emergency services and then TEUSA's 24 hour Safety and Response line at 1-800-530-5392.
 
If you have any questions about Integrity Matters please email the Ethics Coordinator or call the hotline. (Please note that this is a TEUSA email that is monitored by company personnel.)  Please note that if you have questions or concerns about Talisman Energy USA's operations in your community you can contact the Good Neighbour Hotline at 866-566-4747.
 
TEUSA expects that reports made through Integrity Matters are made in good faith and are real and legitimate concerns that the reporter believes require action from TEUSA. All reports submitted will be given careful attention by TEUSA. If you request to remain anonymous when making your report, we will respect your request, where permissible by law. We will also treat your report confidentially. Any information provided will only be shared with those persons who need to know or where required by law. No form of retaliation against anyone who contacts Integrity Matters to report or inquire about concerns in good faith will be tolerated.
